Your Delivery Timeline
We want to take the confusion out of the delivery process by keeping you informed every step of the way.
Product Care Home Delivery gives you the flexibility to book your own delivery dates via our online booking platform up to 28 days in advance. You can even amend a delivery date right up until midday of the day before your delivery.
Invitation to book
We will send you an SMS to let you know that your order is ready to be booked.
Once you have booked your order via our delivery booking portal you will receive a booking confirmation. This will confirm your delivery date and provide you with information about what to expect from us along with pre-delivery information if you have requested any additional services as part of your delivery.
Time Slot SMS
The evening before your delivery we will send you a SMS to remind you we will be delivering your item the following day.
We’ll also be able to give you a 3 hour time slot so you won’t have to stay in all day!
Home Delivery Technician Call
When our Home Delivery Technician is on the way to your property, they’ll give you a call to make sure we are still OK to deliver.
Our Home Delivery Technician will arrive at your home to deliver and install (where applicable) the new item. Our technician will also do a quick start demo on your product to show you the basic functions to get you started.
