Repair or Replace Account Manager

Before starting my current role, i was a Business Analyst for our parent company G2S.
What do you do?
My day to day role is all centred around managing relationships with our existing Repair or Replace customers. I look after each account, making sure any issues are resolved and report back to the Product Care Exec Team on the success of the Repair or Replace service. I’m also always on the lookout for new opportunities in the market and anyway we can increase our service offering.
